Budweiser left the Clydesdales out of the Super Bowl in 2021, so we brought America’s Horses back - for Sam Adams. Running only on the east coast, we turned a regional Super Bowl spot into a national conversation that had everyone from the Wall Street Journal to Good Morning America to former Budweiser execs talking. We were even told it was the most viewed Super Bowl spot on Creativity.com the week of the big game.
Sam Adams Super Bowl Beer Commercial Champions
After we trolled the Clydesdales with our spot, we preemptively named ourselves the Beer Commercial Champions the night of the game. We launched this social campaign immediately after the spot ran, selling commemorative gear to celebrate the big win.
